Role: Design Manager + Venue Manager

As Design Manager, I ran the start-to-finish process for Competition and Non-Competition Venue Look, Wayfinding, FA Signage and Kit of Parts development. My main focus was a concise, enjoyable and easy experience for teams, VVIP, VIP, Hospitality and Media client groups.

On site as Venue Manager at GEODIS Park in Nashville, I led a 20+ crew across three matches, overseeing install, derig and changeovers, plus damage assessments and cost negotiations.
